Two of Britain’s top sports arenas have floors fitted by HS Wood Flooring- the Olympic Stadium, now The West Ham Stadium, and at The All England Lawn Tennis Club, Wimbledon.
Though this is a proud boast, we are prevented by contract to show the work we did. In both cases, we fitted floors over a large area that is now used for receptions and entertaining.
We are sometimes asked if, because of such prestigious work, we are expensive and beyond the reach of the average family?
The fact is, our rates do not vary from one type of client to another. We live by the rule of quality. Quality without compromise. Quality in materials, fitting and service. No half measures. No exploiting an opportunity for the sake of a quick buck. Whether it is your sitting room or the bar in some prestigious hotel, our quotations are calculated according to the nature of the project. We are not necessarily the cheapest fitters but no one can beat us for value. The principal difference in price comes down to the choice of timber; some woods are very expensive but the choice belongs to the client.
